Every client deserves to book a brow appointment without fighting a website first. This page explains what I do to keep this site usable for everyone, and how to reach me if anything gets in your way.
My commitment
I aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site is built with a skip link, clear headings, labels on every form field, visible keyboard focus, colour contrast checked against the guidelines, and support for reduced-motion settings.
If something is hard to use
Please call me at (561) 506-4244 during my hours (tuesday to saturday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm). I will happily take your booking entirely by phone, and I will pass any problem you found on this site to the team who built it so it gets fixed. I do not publish a business email, so the phone is always the surest way to reach me.
At the suite
My suite is Unit 17 inside The Lab Salon Suites, 838 Northlake Blvd, Unit 17, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. If you have any access needs for your visit itself, tell me when you book and I will do everything I can to make your appointment comfortable.
